An afternoon of self care @ the local nail salon is just what this weary teacher needed. As I mindlessly flipped the pages of People magazine and scrolled through my Twitter feed, the skilled technician shaped, filed, and polished my gel nails. Nourishment means carving out "me" time.
Times like these are SO important! I love to just "get away" for an hour and let them do their work! Good job taking time for yourself!
