Thanks to YouTube and phenomenal folks like Adriene, tackling this daunting new habit can be done in the privacy of my own home.
I started with the video for beginners posted below, and I stuck with it for a full 20 minutes. My shoulders are sore and my legs feel a bit wobbly, but I'm glad I took the first step. Day one is done. Because I was born with limited athletic abilities, I'm going to hold space and celebrate my novice position. I'm not good at it YET, (and probably won't be for a long, long time) but I showed up. This is what counts when you are learning something new.
