Day 2
I am not a foodie and rarely do I take pictures of my plate, but tonight's meal warranted a quick photo. You see, my oh-so-fabulous husband has been whipping up some pretty fantastic dinners this week. On Monday he made us Chicken Tikka Masala, an unusual Indian dish with a hint of garlic and ginger. On Tuesday, he prepared a dish with a Hawaiian flair including grilled pineapple, shredded chicken, and rice. When I arrived home from work today, the smell of Thanksgiving greeted me at the door. Chris cooked a turkey in the crockpot, heated stuffing in the microwave, and mixed up my all-time favorite—green bean casserole. Needless to say, YUM is an understatement.
Sidenote: When choosing a topic to write about tonight, I was torn between a few ideas. I can't fully explain why I landed on my husband's mad cooking skills, but I wanted to give you a sneak preview of all the options I considered.

- Getting stuck at a train-crossing on my morning commute
- Drowning in a sea of data (Too much and not enough)
